At The Kiln House, we take great care in preparing, packaging, and delivering your handcrafted ceramics safely to your doorsteps. please read our shipping guidelines below: 

Order Processing Time: 

All Orders are processed within 2 business days.

During busy seasons, festive sales or restocks, processing may take an additional day. you will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timeless after dispatch:

1. Metro Cities: 5-7 business days

2. Non-Metro Cities: 6-8 business dayst

3.Remote/Interior Locations: 7-10 business days

Please note that unexpected delays by courier services (weather, strikes, high volumne, etc..) may extend delivery times. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

1. Your location

2. Package weight & size

3. Current courier partner rates

We always try to offer the most affordable shipping options.

Order Tracking: 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking Link via Email/WhatsApp/SMS. You can follow the status of your package in real time.

Delivery Attempts:

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will make 2-3 attempts. If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Packaging & Safety:

Your ceramics are packaged with:

1. Multiple layers of bubble wrap

2. Shockproof foam/air padding

3.A sturby corrugted box

International Shipping:I

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping rates and delivery timeless vary by destination and will be shown at checkouts. Custom duties or import taxes (If applied by your country) must be paid by the customer. 

Important Notes: 

1. Once an order is placed, address change are not guaranteed but we will try our best if informed immediately

2. The Kiln House is not responsible for delays caused  by courier companies or natural events.

3. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy above.
