Are Your Ceramics Handmade?
Yes! At The Kiln House, We offer both Handmade and Studio-made Ceramic pieces.
Are the Products food safe?
Absolutely! All our ceramics are made with food-safe clay and lead-free glazes, making them safe for everyday use.
Can I put them in the microwave or dishwasher?
Our Pieces are micrawave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend gentle handwashing to keep them looking new for years.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 5-7 working days. Since our products are handmade, in some cases it mat take a little longer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something breaks in transit, dont worry. Just send us a unpaused video of opening the package and photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll replace or refund it.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship across India. For international orders, please contact us, and we'll try our best to make it happen.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Add "Gift Packaging" during checkout and we'll wrap it in festive, premium packaging with an optional message card.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygine and fragile, we accept returns, only for damaged or wrong items. Non-damaged returns or exchange are not available.
