Yes! At The Kiln House, We offer both Handmade and Studio-made Ceramic pieces.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
Are the Products food safe?
Absolutely! All our ceramics are made with food-safe clay and lead-free glazes, making them safe for everyday use. Our Pieces are micrawave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend gentle handwashing to keep them looking new for years.
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 5-7 working days. Since our products are handmade, in some cases it mat take a little longer.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if something breaks in transit, dont worry. Just send us a unpaused video of opening the package and photo within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll replace or refund it.
Do you ship internationally?
